The Lighthouse Inn is located at 963 S Hemlock St, Cannon Beach, Oregon 97110, in the Mid-Town / Presidential District. We are about one block from beach access, roughly two blocks from Haystack Rock, and a short five-minute walk south of downtown shops.

Beach access is just one block west of the Inn, and Haystack Rock is roughly two blocks away. Our Mid-Town location puts art galleries, cafés, and restaurants right outside your door.

While the ocean and beach access are only one block away, guest rooms do not offer ocean views.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Because The Lighthouse Inn shares front-desk operations with its sister property, check-in and check-out take place 1.3 miles south at the Inn at Cannon Beach (3215 South Hemlock St).

Because we are an intimate eight-suite property, cancellations impact us greatly. A first-night deposit is required at the time of booking, which is fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any changes made within 7 days of arrival—including shortened stays, delayed arrivals, or cancellations—will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is provided, with one space reserved per suite.

The Lighthouse Inn is an intimate, eight-suite property. Each boutique one-bedroom suite features a private bedroom, a separate living area with a queen sofa-sleeper, and a full bathroom (some featuring jetted tubs).

We do not have laundry facilities on-site. However, a full-service laundromat is located nearby at the RV Resort in Cannon Beach.

Yes! We offer dedicated pet-friendly suites. A nightly pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets per room. Pet guests receive a special welcome basket with a sleeping sheet, towel, and treats, and we offer an outdoor dog wash station on-site. Guests sign a Pet Contract upon check-in. Pet rooms are limited, so be sure to request one when booking.

Yes, we welcome couples and families! However, because our second-floor suites are stair-access only (no elevator) and designed for a quieter atmosphere, families with children under the age of seven are required to stay in ground-floor suites. Each suite accommodates up to four guests using a private bedroom and a living room sofa-sleeper.

Yes. We offer an ADA-accessible ground-floor suite featuring a step-free entrance, stability bars, and a roll-in shower with a shower chair. We also provide one dedicated wheelchair-accessible parking space on-site (DMV-issued permit required) with step-free sidewalk access to the suite.

No. The Lighthouse Inn is 100% smoke-free across all guest rooms, balconies, and decks. Guests who smoke in a room will be charged a fee equivalent to one night’s room rate to cover deep cleaning costs.
